So for some reason, a lot of the time people who have acne also have dandruff. So is there a correlation between them?
Can dandruff cause acne. Well, dandruff can cause acne. You see, acne can block your pores as time goes on. And if your pores are clogged then this will lead to a breakout. It’s as simple as that. So in order for you to combat your acne you must combat your dandruff first. The first thing I would do is run a comb through it. And I’m talking about doing it really hard. I would recommend getting into the shower, wet your hair and then run your comb through your hair. Make sure you’re getting to the routes. You’ll be shocked by the amount of dandruff you get from it. And doing these a few times a week can solve your dandruff problems as well as using a great shampoo.

So it really is a nightmare have acne on your face and trying to shave at the same time. However, there is a way around it. You can shave your face while having acne. First of all, have you just got a tiny pimple? If you have, then you can just shave around it, pretty simple, right? If you’ve got acne all around your face, then it’s best not to use a razor. Since this will probably irritate your skin and just make things a lot works. Instead, I would recommend using an electrical clipper. So it’s not taking off the hair right from the surface. You see, when you use a razor, it will take a little bit of the skin with it and this can be bad if you have acne. Clippers won’t irritate your skin as much. If your skin is extremely bad, then it may be best to wait a few more days and see if the acne has cleared up a little so you can have a better grooming session.
If your trying to shave around your body, I would recommend using sea salt in your bath to help dry the acne out. And then come back to it after a couple of days and start shaving. However, I would still advise against the razor and use a trimmer instead. So I want to quickly share with you some of my favourite of home acne treatments. These treatments are all natural and will help you dry out and get rid of those pimples. Method #1 – Lemon juiceThis is one of my favourite ways to get rid of acne. Simple get half a lemon acne squeeze it into a bowl. Next, go ahead and apply this to your skin. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then you can wash it off. However, I would recommend leaving it on for the night and then washing it off. But there’s one problem with this treatment, it can really sting. So if you find the stinging sensation too much, you can go ahead and dilute it in a bit of water. This will get rid of dead skin cells, bacteria and lighten your skin. Method #2 – Tea tree oil Tea tree oil is my go-to method if I want to get rid of any pimples that I get. Tea tree is best known for its anti-bacterial properties and that’s exactly the key ingredient to getting rid of acne. Do you have back acne? Well then, we both have something in common. I would be getting some of your moisturiser and sprinkling it with tea tree oil and then apply it on your back. You can also do the exact same thing when you shave to prevent pimples. Method #3 – Exfoliating Exfoliating is something you should do every day. Exfoliating will get rid of dead skin cells and really help destroy the grime build up. It’s going to free your pores and allow them to breathe. Exfoliating is going to allow for your skin to absorb skin care products better. Conclusion So those were my 3 favourite methods to help get rid of acne at home.
